Carl is our resident catalyst for change, encouraging colleagues and clients alike to think beyond what’s current. Carl is an advocate for his clients, working closely with them to develop and deliver their ideal recognition programs. He studied Finance and Accounting at Illinois State University before realizing that crunching numbers was not his true calling. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from DeVry University with a degree in Sales and Marketing.
At work and at home, Carl’s greatest satisfaction comes from challenge and change. Carl is a lover of all things outdoorsy and gustatory, including Chicago sports, sailing, cooking, brewing beer and making wine.
